Greetings from England!,
I found your site a couple of weeks ago, and couldn'y help noticing your marina van page, as yo may know these vans were used by British Telecom (our main telephone service) and were once a common sight.
These days they're getting rarer but no longer hold any real value.
I've sent you these pictures of modified Marinas that I've taken at various car shows, don't think this type of car is common by any means, these pictures were taken over a 3 year period!
With one obvious exception all the cars are lowered, which is why I took the photos!
The red '4x4' is, I believe, built on a Toyota chassis and runs a V8 of some sort, although I'm not 100% on this.
The Yellow van (BT colour) has hydraulic suspension, hence it's extreme stance.
The blue estate, is actually an Ital, the last version of the marina fitted with a Marina grille, that's a Rover K-series (MGF) under the bonnet.
Hope all of this isn't too boring for you, you're more than welcome to use the pics.
Me?....I've never owned a Marina at all....you can sample my taste at my website
